Project Manager – South Wales | Permanent

Location: South Wales
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver high quality residential developments across South Wales.

You'll be responsible for programme delivery, subcontractor management, client liaison, quality control, health & safety and project performance from start to handover.

Requirements:
Previous Project Manager experience
Residential new-build background
Strong communication and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
